Desktop Fiber Laser Marking Machine Launched: A Cost-Effective Semi-Automatic Solution for Small Businesses
18 Dec,2025
China — A new desktop fiber laser marking machine has been officially launched, offering a reliable and efficient semi-automatic solution tailored for small businesses with limited automation requirements. Designed with affordability, flexibility, and performance in mind, the system is ideal for industries such as automotive components, food packaging, pipeline manufacturing, and electronics—helping small enterprises enhance marking quality and productivity while keeping costs under control.
Two models are now available:
- JG30-FB2 (Simplified Version): Equipped with a standard 30W fiber laser, featuring manual door operation and basic marking functionality—perfect for users with straightforward needs and tighter budgets.
- JG30-FB (High-End Configuration): Powered by a 30W MOPA (Master Oscillator Power Amplifier) laser source, this version adds advanced safety features including a safety door interlock, light gate interlock, and maintenance lock, delivering higher precision and enhanced operational security.
Both models feature a compact desktop footprint to save valuable workspace and offer a standard static marking area of 150mm. They efficiently mark a wide range of materials—including PVC, PE, ABS plastics, metal casings, rubber, and composites. An integrated smoke purification system ensures a cleaner working environment, while convenient functions like one-button electric door lift and one-button auto-focusing significantly improve user experience.
Users can choose between EZCAD or BSL software for intuitive control—both platforms are easy to learn, minimizing training time. The system also supports future scalability: IO expansion for better connectivity, optional rotary axis integration for cylindrical marking, and laser power upgrades up to 50W, 60W, 100W, or higher to handle more demanding applications.
“We understand that small businesses need maximum value with minimal investment,” said the product manager. “This semi-automatic laser marker reduces both upfront costs and labor expenses while delivering consistent, high-quality, and compliant markings—proving that great performance doesn’t require large-scale automation.”
The series is now available for order and is already being deployed across diverse applications—from date coding on food packaging and serial numbering on electronic components to labeling automotive wiring harnesses and pipeline identification tags—making it an ideal choice for low-volume, high-mix production environments.
