Marking of small electronic product inkjet printers
The production of small electronic products is a requirement of relevant national departments, and it is also necessary to add corresponding labels on their surfaces for identification and tracking of some work. The inkjet printer is a device that uses non-contact methods to mark products through software control. There are various types of ink available for selection, and good printing effects can be achieved on surfaces such as paper, plastic, metal, glass, hard surfaces, or soft and fragile surfaces. The ink is not recycled and uses environmentally friendly ink without irritating odors, causing less pollution to the environment. There are no high-power components inside the machine. During operation, no heat dissipation is required, and the equipment system is well sealed and not affected by the working environment. Compared with other industries, the identification of electronic products has strong particularity. The so-called particularity is actually the characteristics of the electronics industry itself, featuring small and precise, compact and fine products. The production of electronic components in the electronics industry is even more refined. As the application of electronic components becomes increasingly widespread, they will also be compressed in terms of volume and surface area to accommodate the increasingly mature electronic digital technology. Due to its small size, the corresponding nozzle of the inkjet printer requires high precision, and the ink droplet ejection must be accurate and stable. This puts forward higher requirements for the ink system and nozzle part of the inkjet printer. The inkjet printer is a device that uses non-contact methods to mark products through software control. At the same time, it also puts forward higher requirements for the refinement level of the inkjet printer's supporting equipment. Due to the continuous progress in the core technology of inkjet printers, their application in the electronics industry is becoming increasingly widespread. For some inkjet printer manufacturers with core technologies, the rapid development of the electronics industry is undoubtedly a war of both challenges and opportunities. Let the inkjet printer products thrive, develop and progress in the continuous competition.

Tips for Choosing a Laser Marking Machine
How to choose a laser machine that suits your product? Selecting the right laser marking machine is the first step to achieving satisfactory marking. Before choosing a laser marking machine, having a basic understanding of the purchasing knowledge can be quite helpful. First, understand the material of your product. The best laser marking machine is the one that suits your product. Therefore, it is essential to have a thorough understanding of the material of your product. Some materials do not absorb the energy of CO2 lasers, such as uncoated metal surfaces and PP. Different materials absorb laser energy to different degrees. For instance, PET absorbs laser energy much more easily than glass, meaning that PET is more suitable for laser marking than glass. Therefore, it is necessary to understand the material of your product, as some products may not be suitable for laser marking. Second, when understanding laser marking machines, it is necessary to know whether the machine uses a metal-enclosed laser tube. Because currently, the metal-enclosed laser tube has the best sealing performance and will not leak gas. In contrast, ceramic tubes and glass tubes have relatively poor sealing performance and are prone to gas leakage. They are also more likely to break during transportation. Therefore, it is essential to understand this clearly when making a choice and select a laser marking machine with a metal tube. Third, understand the stability of the laser marking machine. It is necessary to know the service life of the laser tube and understand the technology used by the manufacturer to control the opening and closing of the laser tube. Because a laser is like a large light bulb, and the laser is like the light of the bulb. The more times it is turned on and off, the more likely it is to burn out. Therefore, when choosing, it is best to select a laser marking machine with a laser tube that is turned on and off less frequently. Fourth, a higher power does not necessarily mean a longer service life of the laser tube. The higher the power, the more heat the laser tube generates during operation. If this heat cannot be dissipated effectively and promptly, it will instead burn out the laser tube. Therefore, usually, devices with a power of over 50W require water cooling and have a large cooling system. Thus, a higher wattage does not guarantee a longer service life of the laser tube. On the contrary, a poor cooling system may easily burn out the laser and increase the cost of heat dissipation. The smaller the energy of the laser marking machine, the less heat it generates and the easier it is to dissipate. The stability of the equipment is also better. For example, 10W and 30W laser marking machines do not require an external gas source, and natural air cooling is sufficient.

VZ Growth Academy-A Comprehensive Guide to Beam Expanders
A laser beam expander is an optical component used to increase the diameter of a laser beam and reduce its divergence angle, mainly to improve the collimation and focusing performance of the laser. In the laser marking industry (such as laser marking, welding, etc.), the commonly used type of beam expander is the Galilean beam expander, which has no internal focus, a compact design, and high power adaptability, fully meeting industrial requirements.

VZ Growth Academy-the influence of fiber laser on the thermal effect of metal surface
The principle of fiber laser processing is based on thermal effects. The core of fiber laser processing is to use high-energy density laser beams to irradiate materials, causing them to absorb light energy and instantly heat up locally, resulting in physical phenomena such as melting, vaporization, and thermal expansion.
