VZ Launches GF Series Fiber Laser Marking Machines, Revolutionizing Industrial Marking with a “Zero-Consumables” Permanent Marking Solution

12 Jan,2026

Wuhan VZ Information Technology Co., Ltd. announced the launch of its GF series of flying-type fiber laser marking machines, offering industries such as piping, building materials, and food packaging a consumable-free, ultra-durable, and highly intelligent permanent marking solution.

The GF series is available in multiple power options—20W, 30W, and 50W—and utilizes a pulsed fiber laser with a 1064nm wavelength to produce clear markings of text, dates, barcodes, QR codes, and logos on a wide range of materials including PVC, PE, ABS, and aluminum. Its integrated flying-mount design allows seamless integration into high-speed production lines, enabling precise dynamic marking via synchronization with encoders or photoelectric sensors. The built-in professional “Star Dance” software, running on a Linux operating system, ensures operational stability and multilingual support for global users.
“Traditional inkjet coding suffers from issues such as easy smudging, ongoing consumable costs, and environmental pollution,” explained VZ’s Product Manager. “The GF series employs a ‘cold processing’ approach to deliver truly permanent, eco-friendly, and low-cost marking—an inevitable choice for marking technology in the Industry 4.0 era.”
